Yes, you can use your own port agent. Please provide their complete contact information and authorization documents during the booking process. Note that you'll be responsible for coordinating with your agent for customs clearance and port operations at destination.
What kind of documents do you need to ship my car overseas?
Required documents include:
- Original Title or Certificate of Ownership
- Bill of Sale
- Copy of your government-issued ID
- Export Power of Attorney (we can provide the form)

How will I receive my documents for the car?
All shipping documents are sent two ways:
- Digitally via email as PDF scans within 24 hours of processing
- Originals via tracked courier (DHL/FedEx) arriving in 2-5 business days
I am a citizen of the USA but I want to send my car to a different country, can I do that?
Absolutely. As a U.S. citizen, you can export vehicles to most countries worldwide. Restrictions apply to:
- Countries under U.S. trade embargoes (Cuba, North Korea, etc.)
- Left-hand drive vehicles going to RHD countries may have restrictions
- Some countries have age restrictions on imported vehicles
How can you send my car overseas?
We offer three main methods:
- Container Shipping: Your vehicle is secured in a 20ft or 40ft container (most secure method)
- Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo): Vehicle is driven onto specialized cargo ships (most economical)
- Air Freight: For urgent shipments (most expensive)
How can I pay for the shipping now?
We accept:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) - 2.9% processing fee
- Bank wire transfers - no fees
- Cashier's checks
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum) - 1% processing fee
When the driver delivers my vehicle but I'm not at home, can someone else accept it instead of me?
Yes, you may authorize another adult to accept delivery. They will need:
- A printed copy of the Bill of Lading (we'll email this)
- Their government-issued ID
- A signed authorization letter from you
Should I pay for the shipping to the driver directly or to BIDUX?
All payments should be made directly to AUTO-ROSALI through our official payment channels. Our drivers are not authorized to accept any payments. If a driver requests payment, please contact our support team immediately at +1 (321) 445-5816.
Can you deliver a vehicle that does not run or drive?
Yes, we transport non-running vehicles using specialized equipment:
- For local moves: Wheel-lift tow trucks

- Under 500 miles: 1-3 business days
- 500-1,500 miles: 3-7 business days

The vehicle was damaged during transportation. Who is responsible and what can be done?

- Repairs are covered per our insurance terms (deductible may apply)
Can you take pictures of my car when it is delivered to warehouse?
Yes, we provide complimentary digital photos showing:

Why should I pay processing fees?
Our processing fees cover:

- Customs filing and compliance

On arrival to warehouse the condition of my vehicle is different from that at the auction. What can be done?
If discrepancies are found:
- Immediately notify our warehouse manager
- We'll compare with auction condition report

What is a custom clearance broker?

What level of gas should be left in my tank?

Am I able to load my car with personal possessions?

- Prohibited: Loose items, personal belongings, liquids
- Special Cases: Household goods may ship in containers (extra fees apply)
Do you provide Marine insurance?
Our shipping includes:
- Basic Coverage: $100,000 per vehicle (0.3% of value deductible)
- Comprehensive: Available up to full value (0.1% deductible)
- Specialty: Classic car, exotic vehicle coverage
Can anybody other than the buyer pick up the vehicle at the destination port?
